For German Bassoon we have the following values:
Density – 0.56 – 0.57 » is a low density value
Density – 0.58 – 0.60 » is a medium density value
Density from 0.61 onwards » is a high density value

For French Bassoon » especially low density values are needed such as 0.53 – 0.55.
