We deliver exclusively by prepayment or COD.
Except for our registered dealers and customers.
During the ordering process you can select the appropriate payment.

COD
The delivery will be immediately made ready for the German post office and handed over. This then takes the collection of amounts due. Please note that the delivery even more charges.

Prepayment
Upon completion of the ordering process you will receive via email (please check spam folder!) An order confirmation. This all amounts due are listed.
Please remit the amount, stating the order number and your name listed on the account.
48 hours after receipt of payment, we normally place your order to your specified delivery address.
Payments received by us every day from Monday to Friday at 10.00 clock examined. On weekends there is no test.

Customers / distributors
We tested customers and dealers can order by invoice. Payment here 14 days after invoice, without discount.
Deliveries outside of Germany on request.
Shipping abroad available on request.

The pickup of an order in Gaggenau is only possible by prior arrangement.
